 [ biography ]
Nathan started his acting career at the age of five, on the stage of a popular California university with the Metropolitan Educational Theater Group. While he quickly transitioned over to film and television, he still stays loyal to his first love, the stage.

Nathan has many theatrical performances to his credit. He's performed as a principal in "The Music Man," "Peter Pan," "The Sound Of Music," "The Secret Garden," "A Christmas Carol," as well as dual roles in "Joseph & the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat." Nathan's energy and animation make him a perfect fit for his theatrical roles. The majority of his characters call upon him to sing and dance extensively, and even fly around stage in a harness!

Nathan's gallery of film and television characters include such diverse roles as a masochistic physically handicapped bully in the FX pilot "The Mikes," an annoying genius in his recurring role for "Six Feet Under," an autistic child in "Strong Medicine," an abused child in "Without A Trace," as well as 'the youngest, smartest and most sane member of a family of oddballs' in Mike White's pilot "Cracking Up." Other television roles include "Just Shoot Me," "Touched By An Angel," and "ER."

His film credits include his role in the award winning independent short film "The Youth In Us," an innocent yet tragic love story, as well as the unique and funny independent short film "Street of Pain," starring the very funny Steve Carell. You can see both of these films online; Click here to see "The Youth In Us" (PG-13), and click here to see "Street of Pain."

Outside of acting, Nathan loves boogie boarding, surfing, and designing miniature models. He attends a private school where he is an outstanding honor roll student. Nathan lives with his parents and younger brother in Southern California with his dog, four cats, two turtles, and a bevy of fish. With such a full life, he says that his proudest moments come out of acting!
